Preferred booth location (AMGA will make every effort to meet exhibitors' placement requests. However, we cannot guarantee exhibit locations.)
Onsite Representatives (name, title and city, state and email address):
Names of your onsite representatives: six representatives may attend every Exhibit Hall function for free; additional representatives may work in the booth at an additional fee of $100 per person. Exhibitors receive one complimentary full conference registration to the entire meeting. Additional exhibitor staff has the option to purchase registrations at the applicable rate. AMGA corporate partners may attend the meeting at the member rate.
The first representative listed will receive the complimentary conference registration.

Payment in full is to be included with this contributor registration. Cancellations of booth received by January 2, 2019 will receive a refund (less a $500 processing fee). No refunds can be made after this date unless AMGA is able to resell the booth.
